First, you’ll enter through an unassuming janitor door. Once granted entry, you’ll enter into gorgeous prohibition-era inspired parlor where you’ll find a beautifully outfitted interior where every detail has been carefully considered.

The Story Behind the Janitor Door
The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails opened inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as two rooms with one secret. Up front, on Level 1 of the Boulevard Tower at 3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, is a genuine working barbershop — chairs, straight razors, barbers taking appointments daily from 10 AM. At the back of the shop stands an unassuming door marked as a janitor’s closet. Push through it and you’re inside the speakeasy: a prohibition-style whiskey parlor with a full bar, a stage, and live music that runs deep into the night. The saloon opens at 8 PM Sunday through Wednesday and at 6 PM Thursday through Saturday, and the room does exactly what a Las Vegas speakeasy should — it makes you feel like you found something the rest of the Strip missed.
